The 1984 Honda Nighthawk 650. Nine years old when I purchased it for $1200. It was a nice looking bike for its time, and the price worked for my income as a dishwasher. I took my m1 on this bike and it treated me well. The nighthawk only scared me once. I pulled out to pass a car and began the dreaded wobble. I regained control, cleaned my shorts and carried on. The bike served me well for three years, and 42000 kms. Before I re-sold the bike for $850. And I do miss her! This bike was the last I owned before adult responsibly started for me college, then a family. I've dreamed of being on a bike since, but haven't had the time or the cash to support it. Until I recently started watching the hit T.V. Series Sons of Anarchy, did I get bit by the bug again, and crave the feeling of the wind in my face once again. Harley, it's the word that occupies my thoughts daily. An obsession that has me searching kijiji for the right bike, and purchasing raffle tickets for the fathers day dream draw. Fingers crossed, lol wish me luck.....l
